Ordering
When ordering your mats please use the pattern number, the color number and the size code, to denote the mat style, color and size.  For example, when ordering a Grand Slam 3' x 4', the item number is: 536088-600-234.  When placing an order for mats or literature, e-mail us at: orders@fashioncarpet.com  All sizes are approximate.  Carpet surfaces have a 1% tolerance in width and length.

Terms
In order to avoid delays in processing orders for first-time customers, please fill out our credit application completely and fax it to our Credit Department at 954-781-5213.  Monthly interest of 1.5% will be charged on past due balances.

Pricing and Shipping
A 50% deposit is required on all custom orders.  All prices are FOB shipping point (Continental, United States).  Prices are subject to change without notice.  We cannot assume responsibility for delayed or failed deliveries.

Returned Goods Policy
Requests for all return of merchandise must be made through our Order Department.  All returned goods will be assessed a 30% restocking charge and freight must be pre-paid.  Returns can be made up to 30 days after the original ship date.  Please contact our Order Department at 1-888-427-8838 for a Return Authorization Number.  Items returned without a Return Authorization Number or by freight collect will be refused.  Items produced to customer specifications, custom cuts, specialty items, logos, discontinued items, seconds, obsolete and used products are non-returnable.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled in writing within 24 hours of the order being placed.  Custom orders cannot be cancelled once the manufacturing process has begun.  Stock items cancelled after the order has been shipped will be subject to a maximum 30% restocking fee and any freight charges applicable.

Damaged Goods/Shortages
We suggest that all orders be inspected and counted before being accepted.  Shortages and damages must be documented on the freight bill.  In accordance with ICC regulations, the consignee is responsible for filing claims with the freight carrier.  Contact the carrier immediately to file a claim and schedule an inspection.  Remember to keep your original packaging.  We also recommend that you take a picture of the damaged goods whenever possible.  Damaged goods are not to be charged back or returned to Merchant's Services Inc.; Art Under Foot or Milliken Carpet, Inc.  Deductions cannot be taken from payments made to Merchant's Services, Inc.

Warranty
Merchant's Services, Inc. provides a basic warranty against defects on all floor mat products featured on our website for a period of one year.  The product must be maintained according to the maintenance instructions.  This warranty does not cover cuts, burns, shedding, pilling, staining, soiling, matting of fiber, fading or flattening of the pattern, or fiber loss due to abnormal use or application.  Product warranted as by the Manufacturer.  Material must be returned freight prepaid when requested for inspection to obtain this warranty.  Freight charges will be credited when goods are deemed warrantable.  Merchant's Services, Inc. and affiliate companies reserve the right to determine final warranty coverage.
